It was very thoughtful and warm. They mailed us a family photo. It was really considerate. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou was so beautiful that we would go back and would choose Risai again. The hotel is full of scenery.

We hope that the service details can be improved. For example, they can prepare a fireplace and bubble bath for us. The housekeeper introduced these in advance, but no one took the initiative to contact us the next day. We had to wait for us to ask. Although the reply and operation were also very fast, these services can be arranged for customers in advance. Both of us can be more efficient. In addition, when we turned on the fireplace, we found that there was no gas, so we temporarily asked workers to add gas, which was time-consuming. This kind of thing can be checked in advance. The hotel environment is very good. There is no problem except that it is far away. I will go there again if I have the chance. In addition, the chefs of the Chinese restaurant and Western pastry are very good. The products deserve praise!
