我不太清楚為啥在攜程上評分很高!房間的衞生真不太好!除了床單被子乾淨，其他都有灰，衞生間更是不太乾淨，感覺沒有打掃過!
服務態度是蠻好的，很熱情!但九寨溝熱情的店家很多，酒店還是乾淨衞生最重要!
説有溝口景區的來回接送，但因為接送的人有意外無法接送了，這點是可以理解，但如果能有應變配套的話，會更好!
更重要的是~因為天氣原因，原來在攜程上訂的房價，一下子降價了很多，所以感覺更不值了！

必須必須必的好評，前台的美女妹妹太好了，非常熱情，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，是出來十來天住得最舒服的一次，價格便宜，還免費體驗了穿藏服拍照，美女妹妹還幫我們穿藏服，幫我們拍照，特別體貼，真的做到了賓至如歸的感覺，特別推薦來入住，下次去九寨溝還要住清雅軒。
