Hot spring Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

The room type is okay, but many of the hotel's waiters are interns. Their attitudes are okay, but the name Intercontinental is almost meaningless. There is no supporting business district around the hotel. The supermarket was closed when I went there, so I couldn't buy anything. If I wanted to buy something, I had to take a taxi to Huamei, which cost nearly 100 round trip. The prices in the restaurant were on the high side, and the power went out in the middle of the meal, so I ate by flashlight. The heating in the hot spring changing room was insufficient and it was very cold. It was freezing when I changed my clothes and I caught a cold. There is a lot of room for improvement

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. The accommodation experience of Tianyuan Howard Johnson Hotel is also perfect. It is fully capable of receiving tourists from all over the world who have requirements for accommodation conditions. Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

To be honest, when I saw the surroundings of the homestay, I felt a little bit ”cheated”. But once I entered, it was a completely different world. It can be seen that the owner has a good aesthetic and taste, and every place inside is designed (but my photography skills are limited). Every room is clean and spacious, especially the room with hot springs that my friend booked. I don't know how refreshing it is to come back and take a bath after a day of walking in Jiuzhaigou! Drinking beer and watching TV in the evening sublimated the weekend experience. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again next time, I will choose this place again

The room is great, located in Heye Village. It is not easy to find such a homestay hotel in the scenic area, because most of the scenic area is a transformation of ******* houses. This homestay is more modern, and the facilities and accessories are also very tasteful and new. The environment and sanitation are also very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also very good. The hot spring is really good. My son likes it very much. It is said that it is the water of the Rhino Sea. These furry slippers are very beautiful and comfortable to wear. Hahaha, I have taken them away. The photos are all taken by me at random. They are no different from the promotional photos. What you see is what you get. In the evening, the housekeeper took us to the top of the mountain to see the stars. I was lucky to see it. Haha. In addition, the chef here cooks very delicious dishes. It is really the best stir-fried food I have had in my more than ten days of travel. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk brother Zewang Danzeng. This should be his ******* name. I don’t remember it clearly. I just call him Fat House Handsome❤️. Very good young man. The other two housekeepers were not there during the two days we went there, leaving only him alone, but the hotel’s affairs were handled in an orderly manner. Very good. Because we didn't know each other, it was a little awkward and shy, but the communication was pleasant and relaxed. It can be seen that this guy is a relatively calm and steady person. Finally, I hope the hotel will do better and better. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Jiuzhaigou, I will choose our hotel again.

The hotel is very good overall. The front desk is equipped with a lot of things, including disposable sewing kits, disposable eye masks, service guides, etc. It is a very considerate and thoughtful hotel. And the environment is very good, the room is large and clean, the facilities are complete, and the toilet is a smart toilet.

Hotel location is near to Jiuzhai scenic area, convenient as hotel provides transport service between hotel to nearby location. If taking railway followed by bus services, bus services only stop at other hotels hence from bus final stop will have to walk a little else cab to hotel. Breakfast is ok, provides fruits & nice coffee. Only issue is the water pressure and hot water system for shower, will have to wait for long and water stops or turned cold at times,else all great. Service staff are helpful and friendly.

Great hotel located only a 10min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There are many food outlets nearby as well. Shower and bath were really good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning worked well. Only minor problem is no where to hang bath towels. They had outdoor spa but we didn't use it. Would stay again.
