I stayed at Misión del Sol with my wife for a couple of days, and overall, it’s a beautiful and relaxing hotel tucked away in the heart of Morelos. The grounds are stunning—lush greenery everywhere—and the property itself has a very charming and tranquil atmosphere. That said, there are some areas that could be improved. The hotel doesn’t offer many activities, and the pool area in particular could benefit from more ambiance, such as music and perhaps a bar to make the space more lively. The bathroom amenities (shampoos and soaps) were of very low quality, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. The staff were kind and friendly, but the service often felt slow and disorganized. Requests sometimes took a long time, and a few of our orders were confused or forgotten until we reminded them. This definitely left room for improvement in terms of efficiency and guest attention. Despite these issues, I still recommend Misión del Sol for its beautiful setting and peaceful vibe. With some improvements in service and amenities, it could truly live up to its full potential.

If you want to escape from the noise and chaos of the city, this is the place. From the beginning they make you feel like home. The facilities and services are incredible! You must enjoy the jacuzzi and the spa! The room was so comfy, clean and beautiful, we celebrated our birthday and they prepared a surprise with some delicious strawberries with chocolate. Our concierge Ximena was so attentive and kind, she gave us a perfect moment to enjoy. All staff in general were so kind and cordial! We will definitely return! Thank you for the incredible experience!

The energy is great, gardens are unique. I had the cacao experience on the spa, it was magical. I got a 95 sleep score on my outs ring!

Beautiful hotel, great service, great food, relaxing yoga and meditation, amazing views...but nothing compares to the spa experience. As you approach the spa you immediately begin to relax. My wife and I were greeted by Israel Colin, the Spa Director. Israel makes you feel special and at home. His presence is undeniable and he made me feel like he knew exactly what I needed and set me up for greatness, Adriana. When I came to the spa I made Israel aware of a serious injury I had with my shoulder, and for the last four months I have searched through many massages but nothing compared with the service I was about to receive. Adriana is hands down the BEST masseuse I have ever experienced. She was able to break down scar tissue that has made me uncomfortable since my surgery. She has the ability to find all of the parts of your body that need attention, but in my case, reached depth in my shoulder no one has been able to achieve. I could go on and on about Israel and Adriana, but just do yourself a favor, book the best massage and vibe possible by visiting this spa. I did, everyday I was at the resort. ENJOY this MAGICAL experience.
