酒店很好，空間很大，衞生乾淨整潔，缺點是不好尋找地址，不過周圍環境很安靜，離火車站很近，走路就可以到達。

原來每次去一直都是住的他家，我一般一進酒店，我會告知先看房間，先不開房間。然後這次一進去房間 有異味，去了兩個房間都有異味，我跟前台溝通，讓她也去實地看一下，前台不去。然後我又第三次看了其他的房間，感覺還行，告知我看的房型按照原來的價格給我不了，差10元差價。我説能不能免費升級房型，明確告知不能升級，我説不能升級的話，那我退了這個訂單我在攜程上重新預訂，前台就很不高興，她想讓我直接補差價。到最後才明白，她已經給我開好房間了，攜程上面退不了了！我又聯繫的攜程客服才退的。我也是服了，前台還擺臉色，下次在也不去了。

2022年國慶在這家酒店住了幾天，而且成為如家會員，但是這次在首旅如家APP上卻搜尋不出。攜程上店名顯示已更改，實地廣告牌仍然為“如家”。原先的早餐也停了，代替的是牛奶麪包等簡餐。
前台説是合同到期了，這些對於客人來説倒也無所謂，我衹是對今後酒店管理存在擔憂。畢竟我選擇它是沖“如家”這品牌而來。最後還是希望酒店辦得越來越好吧！

這家酒店的位置很棒！出地鐵口走幾分鐘就到了，出行非常方便，接待我的是前台美女石凱，非常熱情周到從入住到退房，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處，讓人感受到賓至如歸的温馨，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生條件也非常好，相對於其他同級別的酒店，這家酒店的性價比真的非常高。無論是位置、服務還是設施，都物超所值！放心定

來山西訪古旅行，在榆次停留了一天，這個酒店就在榆次老火車站對面，交通方便，離縣城的榆次老城也比較近。設施有點點老舊，其他都還行。

十年老店，雖然有過補漆，品牌店保修維護也比較認真，保潔也算認真，但整體已很一般了，被子等都已陳舊，優點有獨立的停車場，比較大，停車安全放便，門口路面不太好，打車都要走近百米到馬路邊才行，太原也好榆次也好，早餐店很少，都做中晚餐的，進店吃早餐很麻煩。晚餐可去山西會館比較有特色。房間面積小，水量不大，單人床是1.1米的（網標1.2虛標）。有電梯。

離榆次火車站不遠，很大的紅色招牌，非常醒目但不是在馬路邊上，坐車很方便，走幾分鐘就可以坐公交車，旁邊也有很多餐飲，吃飯也有很多選擇。
