老闆人很好一家都很友好，臨走前還送了兩包燒餅特產。就是衞生方面還有待改進。房間裏抱枕臟了。床品是自己清洗的。這個價格在景區內算是一分錢一分貨。建議老闆把不容易清潔和打理的物品收起來。東西少好清潔還看着乾淨，浴巾可以換成一次性的。

1. 衞生：很乾凈，毛巾、浴巾都是帶包裝的一次性的。沐浴露、洗髮水、紙巾都是家用級別的。
2. 地理位置：很便利。門口就是景交車站點（軒轅街），右手邊是朱氏燒餅總店，對面是縉雲燒餅總店。個人覺得朱氏燒餅更好吃。
3. 服務：那是最大的亮點。
1）大概由於非旺季，老闆親自去縉雲西站接的。
2）大廳零食自取，臨走時還送了縉雲小燒餅帶走。
3）來得早，當天沒吃早飯。老闆多送了一天的早飯。
4）能騎電動車的朋友，老闆可以借電動車遊玩。
總結：老闆屬於那種很熱心、又很實在的本分人。不像很多生意人，渾身散發著精明的氣息。

各種原因換到了有個大露台的頂樓房間。房間很乾凈。老闆話不多但有求必應，搬箱子送水，還給我們細心講景區遊玩順序景點。早飯給了票子去對面縉雲燒餅總店，很好的體驗。

老闆超級熱情，幫忙停車，水果暢吃，還提供飲料/礦泉水，還有電瓶車/雙人自行車免費用，走的時候還給了小禮品，非常感謝，明年夏天再來。

超喜歡這家民宿。非常乾淨，環境温馨舒適，拍照很出片。房東人特別好，還貼心準備了零食和飲料，還有免費的自行車騎非常滿意，必須五星。
