As good as always, I rested one night in this hotel on my way to Jinja rafting. It is the best hotel in the area at the same price. Anyway, I didn't find a better one.

The room was average, with small bugs on the pillows. These are secondary. The key is that the roads in the hotel are paved with big stones, which is especially difficult to walk with large luggage. One of our large luggage was damaged on the way to the room by the hotel staff on the first day it arrived. The hotel didn't even say sorry.

Terrifying experience, very beautiful place from a naturalistic point of view but the structure and especially the staff are zero. 2 hours to have dinner in the evening, forgotten questions, waiters who were not informed if there was a product or not. And all this with the hotel almost empty.

It was a very well kept property. Very clean, kind staff, good food & breathtaking view. Martha in the dinning room & the front desk lady were amazing.

Visited the resort this Christmas,The place is very nice full of trees, view of Nile is spectacular we really loved the dinning facilities and staff were so helpful especially Anguyo and kawoga and her colleague, can't remember the name though. Shall try to come back again on December next year.

Room was large and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Amenities ok. Food was horrid. Buffet filthy. If u order a la carte, you wait more than 90 minutes. No one supervising dining rooms. Disgraceful food and service. The location is great but no restaurants nearby to escape to. The f&b experience made the hotel intolerable. Btw, i think that English or French lessons are needed. 5 waiters are stationed to open soft drinks but no one understands what you want. Avoid this hotel, if you ask me
