The river view from the room was stunning, and having a balcony with a tub was a unique touch. **Staff & Service: 5/5** The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even created a WeChat group to assist us with any questions or concerns, which was incredibly helpful and made communication seamless. **Room & Amenities: 3.5/5** The room itself was pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with some mold in the shower. The bathtub on the balcony was a fun idea, but the lack of privacy screens made it unusable. **Hotel Facilities: 3/5** The amenities were lacking for a "light luxury" hotel. The rooftop bar was gutted and unavailable, and the gym was very basic. Breakfast had limited (mostly Chinese) options, which got repetitive after a few days.
