總體來説不太滿意。訂房時以及酒店管家加微信時，都未告知户外小童水上樂園關門裝修，酒店一層、四層也在裝修，一直在刷漆，出房間門就能聞到刺鼻的油漆味。潑水活動也能臨時取消。

酒店的環境非常棒，小朋友可喜歡了。每天吃早點的時候，又可以餵魚魚，還可以喂天鵝。玩插秧摸魚，下午還有製茶和傣族的製陶，非常的有趣。有位叫土 爽的同事從入住期間一直在聯繫我們，告知這邊的天氣。和房間的準備佈置非常的細心和仔細期間都很順利，下次還是會入住西雙版納洲際度假酒店🏨🏖️

酒店的服務真的很幫，到酒店的時間比較晚了，在酒店餐廳吃的晚餐，真的很驚喜味道很不錯，服務意識也好，我衹是隨口説了一句這邊晚上是不是有蚊子啊，驅蚊水立刻就拿給我了，住的也很舒適，衞生打掃的很乾凈，酒店的環境綠化很多，還有很多遊玩項目適合帶小朋友一起去玩

酒店的服務和環境都是一流的，酒店非常大，像花園一樣，很適合帶一家老小來旅遊和長期的居住。離高鐵站還有市區的漫天公園都非常近。但是在酒店逛逛就可以了。環境和漫天公園一樣。最重要是還有一個稻田，可以讓小朋友插秧摸魚的地方。免費提供裝備。弄臟了旁邊就可以洗漱，非常的方便
有位賓客關係的姑娘從入住。期間一直在提供幫忙，非常的熱心。和仔細給她點贊
