雖然衹住一個晚上，貼心的客服Jane從入住前到退房，一直在提供各種訊息和幫助，謝謝。但是旅拍一塌糊塗，因為時間不夠，三位都選擇了鉑爵的簡粧，化了不如不化，所有照片所謂精修就是簡單粗暴的P S，從頭到尾都粗製濫造，跟假日酒店的安曼旅拍差遠了，我們在安曼都沒有化粧，攝影師也給認認真真拍，精修師修完張張都精品

酒店環境不錯。但是硬件不行。比較老舊。房間面積也不是很大。早餐不錯。還有烤雞，味道較好。酒店裡還有小動物。這點不錯。

西雙版納鉑爾曼度假酒店，位於融創度假酒店區，離高鐵站、機場都不遠，環境清幽，距離告莊、曼廳花園都是20分鐘車程，版納實際也不算大。酒店有孔雀和羊駝、各種小鳥做迎賓，也是具備熱帶雨林的特色。每天晚上8點左右，在大草坪都會舉行篝火晚會，有sao哆哩（美女）mao哆哩（帥哥）跟大家互動，蹦傣迪、精彩的表演等，非常具有特色。管家Joy和Jane均提供貼心的服務，給人賓至如歸的感覺，也給整個旅程劃上完美的句號。

入住鉑爾曼酒店，環境挺舒服的，房間設計簡約，光線也很好。服務員態度很隨和，跟拍的鉑爵團隊專業又細心，拍出來的照片都很自然，感覺像是在記錄生活中的小瞬間。整個體驗都很順暢👍
