房間硬件並不是十分出色比較年代較長，但是管家Abby服務真的無微不至，早早聯繫我們在我們到達之前，幫我們安排接機，我們一入住就給我們把酒店活動都安排好，退房那天還主動安排了延遲退房，和隔壁皇冠假日酒店相比，鉑爾曼不是十分擁擠，可以建議打卡常來！

酒店很大 太適合帶小朋友了 小朋友玩了3天都不願意走 一定強調早餐太好吃了米線一絕 並且安排了管家victoria特別細心 每天去哪裡玩本地人去的餐廳都有發給位置 每天都會問我們安排幫我們安排下午茶 管家最好的地方是我們晚班飛機 給我們延遲2小時退房 下次還會帶家人來 再次感謝victoria管家
