服務：五星級服務衹能説，他們會拉你進一個微信羣，裏面好幾個人都是你的私人管家，有什麼事情都可以跟他們説，什麼要求都可以提，出行遊玩也可以讓他們安排，衹不過遊玩項目要自己付費，他們可以給你安排，還有服務態度很好，基本上是有求必應。
設施：一應俱全，酒店該有的不該有的都有，哈哈哈哈，而且還是很上檔次的，當時我和對象去早了，沒有相應房間，老闆直接給我們升級大房間，非常不錯，反正是我目前為止住過的最好最豪華的房間，那個音響我和對象都很喜歡，還有冰箱，飲料，水果……
衞生：非常乾淨，給人眼前一亮。
環境：我衹能説在山上，出行都有酒店的車車接送，去市區也還方便吧，你衹需要在羣裏給管家提前預約一下，環境是很安靜，清新的那種，比較適合喜歡安靜，清靜的人居住，樓上有泳池，小酒吧之類的，衹不過我們去的時候好像沒有開，早餐也比較豐富
綜上：還是推薦的，畢竟價格在那裡，衹要在自己的預算範圍裏，還是可以去體驗一下的，反正服務一流，衹不過我覺得出行方便這一塊還是差一丟丟，衹不過酒店會提供車車出行，高鐵站/機場/告莊景區、市區三選一免費接送一次

環境很棒，房間裏有超大的露台和泡池。mini吧免費，voss礦泉水，戴森吹風機，還備有風油精創口貼等，細節滿分。頂樓懸崖無邊泳池和餐廳，拍照很出片。管家式服務很貼心。
