酒店應該是舊樓改造裝修的，位置還可以離潑水廣場和御花園都很近，店家也比較熱情，門口的椿雞腳和泰式涼蝦很好吃，美中不足的是酒店樓下有燒烤店非常吵基本上從晚上十一二點開始一直到早上四五點。

這次住這家酒店，體驗真的太棒了!前台辦理入住超級方便，直接給身份證就行，省時又省力。房間很大，設計得非常精緻，每個角落都透露着用心。而且特別乾淨，門口就是小吃街， 離開景區也很近。

301.401的房間太吵了，下邊是飯店24小時堂業，客人無法入睡，特別是不能給老年人入住，或者應該告知客人。另外，前台有時無人值守。比較好的是能主動給客人提供旅遊景點文字的訊息，很詳細，做的很到位。

離曼聽比較近走路就能去，還有就是價格便宜，但是隔音等於沒有，樓下凌晨都一直有人在吵，適合預算有限睡眠質量好的。哦還有，別丟房卡，一張五十。

在潑水廣場附近，離曼聽公園，商業街等地較近，老闆人很好，因為飛機延誤還給我們延後了一天，服務態度很好。

帶孩子來西雙版納旅遊，沒有跟團，選了好久才選在酒店在潑水廣場附近，首先住在這裏感覺很安全，酒店是剛剛開的，衞生非常乾淨，晚上也不會吵，酒店附近有小吃店非常方便，曼聽公園和火車站都比較近，交通方便，可以放心入住。提一點小小建議抽空把紗窗按上，就可以開窗通風啦。
