平米數大 住着舒服 缺點就是頂樓風大的時候陽台門密封性不好會有聲音風聲嘩嘩的 覺輕者慎重考慮
設施：有全身鏡 洗菜池（洗水果）衞生間乾濕分離 洗腳盆（走一天路泡個熱乎乎的腳很舒服）冰箱 洗衣機 晾衣桿 陽台晾衣架的話風大會吹跑 畢竟住的頂樓風稍微大 投影機 陽台超大 可觀夜景 可以看見星光夜市 瀾滄江 超美 有桌椅 天氣熱的時候在陽台坐着喝喝茶喝喝咖啡很舒服 有很多小夜燈超好看
衞生：可以的 很乾凈
環境：孔雀樓A1棟 出行方便 打車方便 去星光夜市步行十五分鐘左右 吃飯 買東西很方便 下樓有一家挺大的超市
屋內裝飾也很好看 就是忘記拍照了 跟展示的圖片一模一樣
