We called late at night to request an extra pillow, and it was delivered to our room in less than 5 minutes. The attention to detail was truly exceptional. The room was decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with spotless carpets and furniture. The soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud."

"In April, our family drove to Sayram Lake and chose this hotel as our stopover. Staying during the off-season, we felt it was excellent value for money. The facilities were quite good, and the room was comfortable; it didn't disappoint at all. The most thoughtful touch was that, since we were driving and needed to wash our clothes, the hotel had eight washing machines, more than enough for all guests – a huge plus. However, there were a few minor inconveniences: there were no restaurants nearby, requiring us to drive about a kilometer to find food, and the breakfast was rather ordinary. If these two points could be improved, it would be perfect."

"We stayed at this hotel on our way to Sayram Lake, after visiting the Mututaer Desert. It's a newly opened chain hotel with a spacious parking lot and a bright, comfortable lobby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also quite varied, including the special Xinjiang salty milk tea. My friend even made a bowl of noodles with a rich tomato flavor, which was great! We arrived a bit late, but the next morning we saw a beverage bar in the lobby and grabbed some drinks before heading off to Sayram Lake."
