要不是不能選零分我是一分都不想給，第一我在訂酒店之前就在備註上備註了不要頭尾房並也私信了酒店説了一遍，晚上九點多到酒店辦入住又説了一遍我們不要頭尾結果跟我們來一句我們滿房了這是最後一間態度是那種你愛要不要，不要就退房的感覺，是覺得我們大晚上不會換酒店才這樣做的的嗎？並且如果備註沒人看那攜程這個功能拿來幹什麼的我請問，本來想着講將就住一下，大晚上也不好找，後面出去吃完飯後回來找前台幫忙前台小哥一直低頭玩自己的手機不知道在幹嘛並且回答問題態度非常的不情願不耐煩上房間後需要酒店送東西找半天電話沒找到後在電視上看到有送物服務就掃碼説了需要送物等了二十多分鐘並沒有動靜就又去攜程私信找酒店，並又説明需要送物品酒店回覆的很敷衍讓人很不舒服讓人覺得是來花錢受罪，並且讓我等説沒有那麼快，好吧我等，前前後後等了一個多小時物品才送到我手上，並且當時已經是凌晨一點多鐘真有那麼忙嗎？你可以跟我説讓我去前台取不能説送卻讓我等你那麼久，而且前台有機器人，如果是急用的東西那我請問也要等更久嗎？本來住兩個晚上想着在景德鎮多玩幾天就在續住的，這種態度還是算了吧，就直接在訂單上申請提前離店又在大晚上趕着看其他酒店，讓我的準備規劃好的行程全部打亂了，做為一個如家老會員這是我住的如家態度最差的酒店，要不是看到這個如家品牌上我是根本不會訂這個酒店的，想問酒店是沒有培訓好工作人員，還是根本不會培訓，真和南昌如家沒法比就應該拉到南昌去培訓一下，同樣是如家差別相差如此之大，就這種態度客人早晚會被嚇跑！這麼多好評是靠送小禮物來刷的嗎？
