First: When checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a USB port in the room? The front desk replied that they didn’t know 🤷 (Don’t they know their own facilities? Have they not been trained?)
Second: There was a pair of used toothpaste and toothbrush under the shower head in the shower room. (It means the room was not cleaned properly)
Third: The shower head kept dripping, and the shower head was broken. I wonder if it should be repaired?
Fourth: The toilet was clogged, and I woke up in the morning to find a pool of sewage on the floor! So disgusting! Whose hotel is like this! I was in a hurry in the morning and was too lazy to complain. Vienna is a chain store after all... Why are there so many complaints!
