先説説優點：酒店硬件設施是可以的，語音智能燈控，很方便，陽台外面空氣好，風景也好，淋浴水很大。衹是服務和管理沒有跟上，要改進的太多了：廁所淋浴房都很臭，一股尿騷味，排風扇像個擺設沒有作用，馬桶也是搖搖晃晃的，床品是潮的，客房部解釋説可能因為山裡空氣潮濕，但我想説，相比周邊，你的這個房價總不能讓客人將就吧，好在最後處理好了。再説一下服務，到店之前給前台打電話，前台接起電話沒聽兩秒直接把電話撂了，再打過去質問她為何這樣，她解釋説沒聽清，至始至終沒有一句道歉！這可是你們酒店的門面啊！餐廳的服務人員更離譜，給我送個湯勺過來，直接放餐桌上，我就隨口問一句你們沒有培訓過嗎？誰知她很乾脆地説：沒有！她的回答讓我相信，確實沒有經過培訓，否則不會出現這種匪夷所思的情況。早餐是中式的，品種和品質一般，要吃煎蛋的話，得客人自己動手煎，這是其它酒店沒有體驗過的。本來不想寫評價的，前台還説**寫好評可以免費延遲2小時退房，我想説，你們酒店不管是衞生還是服務態度都讓人難以認可，這個好評我實在寫不出來！附上一張電梯的圖片，也是很臟的

好的地方:酒店人員服務算達標，態度禮貌，響應及時不足的地方:1、酒店建在偏僻的山上，離中源鄉要開20分鐘大回環的盤山公路，小孩子直接暈車了。2、説是四星級，但是停車場小的離譜，且都是沒硬化的泥巴路面，房間面積偏小，配置衹能説基本和快捷酒店一樣。早餐完全達不到星級酒店標準，衹有簡單的麪點，連盤子都是濕漉漉的，不知道消毒沒消毒。3、各種設施虛標嚴重，寫的小童樂園是沒有的，充電樁也是沒有的（前台説平台上寫的是酒店附近，問附近哪裡説還在山下…理解新開幾個月的酒店可能很多設施沒建好，但是沒有或者沒建好的話咱們是不是別寫呢？以上均如實評價，來一趟開車上山也不容易，真心不如訂山下的民宿算了
