별로였어요 ㅠㅠ 진도읍으로 나와서 밥 먹는게

작년 겨울 강원 고성에 위치한 소노펠리체 델피노를 이용 후 만족하고 이번 여름에는 진도 쏠비치를 이용하였습니다.
깔끔한 시설과 멋진 조경, 친절한 프론트 직원의 응대까지는 정말 완벽하였습니다.
다만 저녁에 쏠비치 내 입점한 치킨집에서 매우 불쾌한 일을 경험하며 여행을 망쳤습니다.
해당 치킨집에 방문 포장 주문을 하니 15분 후 방문하라는 답변을 듣고 내려갔습니다.
해당 치킨집에서는 주문이 누락됐다며 5분을 더 기다리라하였고 5분이 아닌 훨씬 오랜 시간이 지나서야 음식을 내어왔습니다.
당연히 누구나 실수할 수 있기에 주문이 단순 누락된걸로는 어떠한 화도 나지 않았습니다.
다만 그 과정에 있어 사과는 못할 망정 한마디 말도 없이 음식을 테이블에 던져놓고 가는 종업원의 태도에 매우 실망하였고 분노하였습니다.
많은 서비스를 요구하는 것도 아니고 단지 제 시간에 주문을 받길 원했고 주문이 누락됐으면 빈말로라도 사과를 하시는게 장사하는 분들의 기본도리가 아닌지 생각 들었습니다.
제가 예민하게 반응하는걸까 의구심도 들어 해당 가게의 리뷰를 보니 저와 같은 분들의 리뷰가 굉장히 많았습니다.
물론 쏠비치는 해당 가게와 단순 계약관계임을 압니다.
다만 여러 곳에 해당 가게를 홍보하는 영상도 많기에 쏠비치의 이미지를 위해서라도 어느 정도 관리를 하여야 할 의무는 있다고 생각듭니다.
리뷰 중 가장 많은 말들이 고객들이 한번 방문해서 사먹고 말기에 기본 예의조차 차리지 않고 고객들을 대한다는 평이 많았습니다.
과연 그 수많은 고객들이 단 한번만 쏠비치를 방문할까요?
이런 입점 매장들의 미흡한 관리가 소노리조트의 매출과 직결되지 않는다고 말할 수 없을 겁니다.
