忘記拍照了，設施都挺新的，洗衣房洗完衣服烘乾後還給送到房間，服務很到位。服務態度也非常好

We liked the hotel & the free tea at the lobby. All was as advertised and they kindly assisted us getting a good 6 seater car to Alxa Right Banner for 340 Yuan.

今年3月份已經辦理過會員卡了，還是那種花錢的辦的那種，入住登記時就發現會員的價格比攜程高，前台男性非要我們會員入住，不會員就12點退房，沒早餐，我們不吃，各種理由最後給我們登記了一間門口的房子，我真是服了，退房時前台和服務員的態度特別好，為啥晚上就成這樣了

結婚給家裡人訂的房間，房間安排非常好，提前聯繫我詢問了我對房間的要求，也告知了我當時酒店的天氣停車場的問題，非常感謝酒店前台員工的熱情服務，第二天退房以後給親戚送了水，服務真的超級棒，由於早晨事情出門早，酒店人員還特意交代餐廳給提前住了麪條，熱情滿滿的酒店讓我有一種回家的感覺，下次如果有需要的話，我肯定還會回購的。
