Hotel was right next door to the train station so it was perfect for an early morning start the next day. The room was Clean tidy and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

I am holding an overseas phone unable to register wifi and the hotel staff are very helpful to help me log in with their local phone. The breakfast is excellent with great coffee. All the hotel staff are very friendly especially the house keepers, thank you very much. The location is the best, my wife and I will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Jinan.

Turn left at the exit of Jinan Station and it is 50 meters away. It is only 20 meters away from the entrance. It is the best choice for transferring in Jinan! In the past, we just transferred and stayed for one night. This time, we stayed for 4 nights in Jinan. We also chose the Railway Hotel. The family double-bedroom suite is very suitable for a family of four! However, the first day was on May Day, and we couldn't book a suite, so we booked two special standard rooms. The special room is that the bathroom lacks a shower room, and the shower is directly in front of the toilet. Other places are the same as the standard room. Move to the suite for the next three days, and the bathroom is very large, because the suite bathroom is in the inner room, which is the width of the entire room! There is a disadvantage around the hotel at present (2025), that is, the subway is being repaired, which causes the road to be unsmooth, and there is noise from subway excavation during the day. If you need to rest during the day, you can tell the front desk: ask for a room on the shady side, and there is no noise in the room facing the station. There are several small attractions around the station: the Port Opening Museum, the Jiaoji Railway Museum, the Old Commercial Port, and the Grand View Garden. Except for the Port Opening Museum, which was newly built in 2025 and can be visited, the others are not very interesting. The railway station is 3-4 kilometers away from the core scenic spots of Jinan. There are buses from Jinan Station that go directly to scenic spots such as Qianfo Mountain, Daming Lake, and Baotu Spring, which are not far away. It is recommended to take the bus to these scenic spots. The online car-hailing boarding point is far away, and the taxi station needs to queue up. The driver is also emotional if the road is too close. At present, there is no subway in the main scenic spots in Jinan, but the subway is being built at the entrance of each scenic spot, which will be convenient in a few years. The restaurants and supermarkets around the station are relatively expensive. You can go to the west side of the station for meals. It is a cheap restaurant. If you shop more, you can walk to the south of Jingyi Road. If you walk a few dozen meters in Weisan Road, you will find ordinary prices.

It's just upstairs from the train station, very convenient! And the room is dry and comfortable, very comfortable! I will stay here again next time I come to Jinan! I like Jinan too! I will come back in the future, the good accommodation environment adds color to the whole trip!

The worst experience during this trip: 1. The air conditioner cannot be used. It is said that the central air conditioner of the entire hotel is powered by the railway station, and the air conditioner will not be turned on until summer. 2. The two sockets at the head of the bed are also decorations and are not powered. 3. The overhead light on the bed is still on when it is turned off at night. It is a wiring problem. The light should still be powered, which seriously affects sleep. In addition, the two red dots of the smoke alarm on the roof flashed, which looked very strange in the middle of the night. 4. The room facilities are old. The three-star hotel is only the lobby and corridor. The room is not as good as a fast hotel such as Home Inn.

The room is clean, spacious and quiet, the front desk service is warm, and the breakfast is rich and varied. It is the first choice for traveling to Jinan. It is convenient to go to any scenic spot, and it is right next to Jinan Station. I stayed here once more than ten years ago, and I stayed here again based on my impression. I still felt the sincerity of the hotel.
