The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. They were always patient and helpful when we encountered any issues. The biggest advantage is the location, being close to Metro Line 3, which makes public transportation very convenient for reaching various business districts and destinations. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it offers good value for money. I would prioritize staying here for future trips.

The location of the hotel is great, just next to the subway station on Line 4, just outside the subway station The facilities around the hotel are very complete, there are many snacks around, and there is a nightlife The layout of the room is very warm, and they are very clean, clean and tidy, I will stay here next time.

The hotel is located in strategic location; 150 meters walking distance from Jinan metro station. Very close to Shandong University main campus with plenty of restaurants and shops. Service staff are friendly with support kindness. Room’s amenities are well supplied with good working. There is hotel renovation process during our stay which may cause little inconvenience but it is acceptable.

I love it so much. I stay at Berman every time I come here. Moreover, this store is a 24-year-old new store, which is cleaner and more comfortable. The mattress and pillows in the business king room are very comfortable It was so comfortable that we bought the same pillow online after we left... Moreover, the hair dryer is from Lefen, which is the best hair dryer I have ever had in a hotel of the same price range! Our own home is also Laifen Although it is a basic model from LeFen, it is also very powerful. Many other hotels use hair dryers that make the hair dry and rough.

The front desk lady is super good, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are perfect, the health is also very good, the environment is very beautiful, will recommend to friends, next time I come to Changqing, I will book Berman Hotel

The location is easy to find. It takes 2 minutes to walk from the subway station. The check-in speed is very fast. The front desk staff has a sweet smile. It is good. The room is relatively clean and the facilities are good. The breakfast tastes very good. There are many varieties and the price/performance ratio is very high. , I will come back later when I have the opportunity,

Honestly, the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station! There are also places to eat downstairs. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the front desk service was warm and efficient, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

The environment is great, and the service is very attentive. They offer free shuttle service within a three-kilometer radius. From 9 PM to 10:30 PM, there's a free late-night snack service where you can enjoy noodles, wontons, and steamed buns. The kitchen staff, both the uncle and auntie, are very friendly. They'll cook fresh wontons or plain noodles for you, and you can season them to your liking. Overall, I'm very satisfied. My only suggestion would be to clean the carpet under the bed more often, as it looks a bit dusty.
