Let me talk about the disadvantages first. The road at the entrance is a bit narrow, and I couldn't find the parking lot. There was a bit of traffic jam when I picked someone up in the morning. But overall it's good, comfortable and affordable, and I can arrange for customers to stay.

The hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The environment of the hotel is very warm, the room is fresh, bright and clean, and the most important thing is that there is no smell of smoke. There are many washing machines and dryers, so there is no need to worry about laundry problems. The clothes are washed and dried. The service staff is kind and polite. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. There is a convenient market not far away, and it is very convenient to buy breakfast fruit. Have the opportunity to stay again.

The hotel is located opposite to Jinan West railway station but need walking a little bit longer walk to the crosswalk at intersection. Hotel facilities is great. Please kindly be aware that there is no mini refrigerator in the room. The dining service is excellent with various kinds of dishes for your appetite. The hotel provides self-service laundry and late-night meals for free.

I booked the hotel for the location, which is steps away from the Baotu Spring park, then was pleasantly surprised by my room. The room is equipped with modern amenities and overlooks the moat and riverwalk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Perfect room!! We didn't plan to stay at Atour at first, but booked the hotel next door. However, the hygiene and logistics services of that hotel were too bad, so we booked Atour overnight. It turned out to be Atour! Seeing that there were so many of us, they not only helped us get more toiletries and an extra quilt, but also helped us upgrade the room type and brought the takeaway to our door.
