訂的三房，裏面那個小房間味道很大，像很久沒通風曬太陽，床上有小蟲子蚊子，不敢睡，一家人擠了一晚上沒睡好，衞生太差，我朋友耳朵還進小蟲子了。廁所也是收拾不乾淨。
前台服務差，等到兩點半還沒房間，另一個朋友也是到了沒房，前台説三點有房也是屬於兩點入住，收拾不出來，服務態度太差了。
隔音效果不好
很一般，不會再去了。

房間乾淨衞生，設計感十足！合理利用了空間和視線！特別是整個酒店的設計，給消費者意外的驚喜，幸好服務和餐飲彌補了不足，讓消費者體驗得到釋放！

大老遠過來體驗一下。整體感覺不錯。房間衞生，服務態度很好，。辦理入住還送了小童水搶。泳池水質好，小童區域是恆温的。玩得開心。

可以去一次但絕對不會想去第二次的温泉酒店 空調特別吵 吵到整晚睡不着 衞生間有很大的異味 感覺清洗的都不是很乾凈 很沒有安全感 本來温泉酒店衞生是一定要做到最好的 現在傳染病又特別多 我們週六入住下午三點多才到 入住時間2點已經延了一個多小時 結果前台説還沒打掃出來 要耐心等待。。。房間裏的礦泉水雖然準備了兩大瓶 但本身泡温泉就是會缺水很想喝水 隔天早上向前台打電話説需要兩瓶礦泉水 她説要費用 自己掃二維碼買 接近700一間的房價 這個服務對不起這個價格 早餐還不錯 至少吃得飽 碳水也挺多 不過如果需要氛圍感 還是得自帶食物 我帶了牛肉 鵝肝 壽司 三文魚 還有玫瑰花瓣 讓酒店房間立馬上升了幾個檔次 我希望酒店多多參考一下客人的意見去改善

房間整體還是不錯的，唯一的缺點可能就是附近沒有什麼吃東西的地方，外賣也沒有幾家可以點的，點完外賣基本上要一個多小時才能送來。

電梯和酒店走廊的冷氣太冷了 泡完温泉上來吹得很冷 希望能調整下
半夜看到水池都在換水 還把通道都沖洗了 挺好的！這點很贊
就是位置偏僻 啥吃的都沒有 晚上沒地方去沒地方吃有點無聊
