This is not only my favourite hotel in Jiaxing, but it is my favourite hotel, period. I go there every time I visit Jiaxing. Like most highly rates hotels, it is clean, has a good breakfast buffet, etc. What sets this hotel appart for me though is the service. They somehow always have very friendly staff at the front desk who go above and beyond. It also has a good drier to go along with their washing machines, which is fairly rare in China.

We booked two rooms for a family outing. It was booked temporarily. The parking lot is still a long way away due to renovation. The front desk service is very good.
There is almost no sound insulation. It is so noisy that I almost didn't sleep all night. The window on the 6th floor cannot be seen because it is blocked. This is the worst among the Atour hotels I have stayed in. There is no refrigerator. It feels similar to Hanting.
