來過很多次了，唯獨這次不是很滿意。週五入住的沒有什麼人竟然給安排到了沒有外景的房間，陽台看出去就是對面陽台，因為有長者和孩子懶得換了，酒店的服務管理有待提高。

很適合帶小朋友去玩！近5個小時泡在水裡玩的很嗨！景觀房裡泡個私湯也很爽！最主要的服務也很贊！證件落在房間裏了，經理褚國偉特意留了私人電話還私隱做的很好包裹好！滴滴去取的！已經安全到達！人很不錯！周到細緻！下次還會再去玩的！

帶孩子和長者第二次來入住，體驗感大不如去年
（1）杭州過來開車1小時20分左右
（2）入住前台升級了景觀房，感覺不錯
（3）2號樓走廊和大廳都是沒有空調的，做為營業性質 實屬不應該
（4）室外湯泉大部分都沒有注水（因為是淡季節約成本）衹有幾個有 體驗感很差
（5）原本的房間，入住後感覺空調不製冷，給客房電話，説是需要30分鐘以上才會有效果（這種奇葩言論也是第一次聽説）後再給電話派人上來修果然是空調壞了 再給前台電話 換房間（這樣差不多耽誤一個多小時）
（6）新換房間 整晚的模式就是半小時製冷以後停了，熱到冒汗又開始製冷 實在是晚上不想折騰 迷迷糊糊一晚沒睡好
做為營業酒店 設備應該定期檢修
（7）本來酒店是週末有自助餐，現在也因為淡季取消 雖然附近有很多農家菜，但是都要開車出去 本來想犯懶窩酒店的願望破滅
總體感覺淡季服務 設施都有點敷衍
