自己是萬豪理想家的會員，但是由於攜程價格比較便宜，就在攜程訂了，沒想到差中之差，這個酒店簡直顛覆了我對萬豪所有的印象！酒店的衞生條件比較差，房間裏的毛巾上粘着一根長頭髮，我在退房的時候有特意跟前台講。當天晚上本來想拿着這根頭髮去前台，但是確實也挺晚的。退房的時候，我特意講了，酒店留了我的電話之後根本就沒有來搭理過我！太過分了，就因為房費付了嗎？！！！

房間很好，也很大。但是服務還是需要改善，早餐沒有引導員，自己找位置，整個早餐廳人滿為患，很多食物也都沒有了，也不能及時補充。另外前台接待不抬頭關注客户，排隊十多分鐘等待接待，結果前台並沒有服務客户的情況下不接待後續客户。

房間明亮清爽，酒店背後的河景也很不錯。服務屬於恰到好處的那種，沒事兒的時候不會來打擾客人，讓人很舒服。

外地回來臨時過渡住一晚，51長假前一天人流明顯少很多，早餐不用排隊，房間比較大衞生也很好，還給升級了行政樓層
