首先我在嘉興鉑金灣酒店住了5天，定了兩個房間，本來一切是很好的，我也不是一個喜歡找茬的人，但是與小孩有關的衞生問題，我就不能忍。在我退房當天發現抽紙是受污染過的，這五天一直沒有換過，我十分生氣，小孩也有流鼻涕的現象。我打電話給前台反映，前台的服務讓我很失望，首先沒有現場核實，衹是強調小孩的鼻涕是因為天氣原因，而且回覆説換一份，我都要退房了，你換有什麼用？同時接電話的男服務員説自己這兩天也有流鼻涕，強調不是紙巾的問題，也沒有道歉的意思。説出這個事希望酒店管理進行改進。
其他的還是可以的，酒店有免費的洗衣機。

五一假期臨時決定出行。當天到店較晚，已經19點多了，前台的服務員姐姐都很熱情，聽到需求後立馬安排，非常感謝！
房間乾淨衞生，不算豪華但滿乾淨的。每次進出遇到服務員都非常熱情！離開萬達也很近，步行即可到達。晚餐在酒店邊上吃了好吃的燒烤。

這次入住體驗真是超乎想象，酒店環境優雅，服務周到，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全且嶄新，床品乾淨整潔，讓人倍感温馨，服務員給我升級了大床，旁邊的運河很不錯，鬱鬱葱葱的
