三個字形容該酒店：臟亂差。作為北方地區的酒店，這個季節應該有熱水供住客洗澡，可水温低得會使人感冒。服務態度又差，還説你退房好了，衹要平台同意。害得我們老夫妻不能洗澡，床墊衹有一個床單，太簡陋了。常住酒店的我們從來沒有遇到過這樣臟亂差的大酒店。

這是旅遊出行住價錢貴條件最差的一次，酒店在山頂外面看富麗堂皇，可是到酒店房間真的是差差差，沙發上臟的真看不過去，床太硬，設施太陳舊了，停車是酒店往前幾十米不好找路況差天黑車庫臟亂差，攜程預訂收按金100元，洗澡下水道不利完了沒法上衞生間，早餐還可以，建議把房間設施改善一下

沙發臟，床墊太硬，睡得腰疼，房間設施陳舊，有味兒，價格還高，沒有性價比，衹顧大堂和外面裝修，房間檔次和幾十元的差不多，多要一瓶水都不給，絕不推薦。

一樓大堂裝的再好，有什麼用？讓遊客住一樓大堂？客房特別垃圾，床墊子睡着特別難受！衞生也不乾淨！噪音太大，問了服務員，説是空調的噪音，我沒開空調！又答：衹有有客房開了空調，就會一直響😡，一樓大堂純粹就是為了騙旅客入住！！！
