房間寬敞，沒有什麼異味

My family, I almost got beaten up while staying at this hotel!!! The hotel doesn't even have a front desk; they used the room as reception. The room was a mess, like three hotels crammed together, making it incredibly confusing. Upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available and that the room needed to be cleaned. The check-in process was perfunctory, with no facial recognition. It took two people to register one person, and I had to write it down by hand. The shower in the room was leaking, and the hot water didn't come out for ages. I accidentally got some oil on the quilt, and when I checked out, I was told it couldn't be washed out, so I had to pay 120 yuan in compensation. I tried to negotiate, but the hotel staff wouldn't budge. I had a train to catch later, but they ignored me and made disparaging remarks about college students. After repeated arguments, my high-speed train was delayed. The hotel staff, enraged, threatened to hit me, and it took two women to pull me away. Ultimately, my deposit was deducted, the high-speed train was delayed, and I received no compensation for my losses. Now, I'm alone at the train station, waiting for my train, as I write this review. I'm from Anhui Province, traveling with my girlfriend to the neighboring province of Henan. I've always had a good impression of Henan, but this time I was truly disappointed. This is my personal experience, my honest review, so please judge for yourself.

I won't go there a second time.
