Well , to be honest I’m non-Chinese speaking, so the communication between me and hotel staffs is limited due to Google, Facebook are blocked in China. However, the staffs have tried their best to support me as much as possible. I’ve highly recommend for this hotel because of their affordable cost, friendly and kindness service staffs… , but in my opinion, it’ll be hard for non- Chinese speakers like me to get to the hotel when first arriving in Tianfu, and you should have proper instructions for guests how to book transfer shuttle service easily, using translate app… in order to get more convenient. Very satisfied!! I came here just to be quiet, and this is the best choice! The room environment is very comfortable and clean. There is a welcome card for the hotel when you check in. When we checked in at night, the hotel also thoughtfully put hot water for us so that we can take a bath as soon as we check in. Great! There are not many breakfast options but they are delicious. You can eat a lot after trying each one. I haven't had such a full breakfast for a long time🤣🤣 If we were seated, the three of us couldn't finish it, and we were in a hurry. So remember to reserve time for breakfast! The only bad thing is that the transportation is not very convenient. You can only take the high-speed rail to go to the center of Chengdu, and there are very few trains. But the purpose of our visit is to get away from the hustle and bustle, so we have been mentally prepared. Finally, I want to praise the hotel staff! They are all very kind and friendly! The service is very thoughtful! I will definitely come again if I have the chance! !

The hotel facilities are very good. It opened last year, so the facilities and equipment are relatively new. The concierge service is particularly good. When the car arrived at the lobby entrance, someone helped us open the car door, take our things, and deliver them to the room. In-house guests can visit the Expo Park for free, and they will also be given tickets to the Ferris wheel, cruise ship, and Children's Dream Park, but you can only choose one of the three. However, the service of manager Nancy is very thoughtful. Seeing that there are many people in my family, she took the initiative to give us the tickets. Before check-in, Nancy contacted me in advance to confirm the specific details of the stay with me. During the stay, she also met my various needs and took the initiative to help me delay the check-out time. The check-in experience was very good and I will consider it in the future. I look forward to adding more children's play facilities and equipment indoors in the hotel.
