進來就看到床上有幾根頭髮沒收拾乾淨 凳子上不知道是什麼都不敢做 洗漱台也不擦 花灑像是從來沒擦過一樣 枕頭裡麪還有床單底下都有頭髮絲 這是一次性拖鞋嗎？我一打開上面就是人穿過的還有頭髮 隔應也不好 想單獨開個窗簾都不行 體驗很差小心翼翼的不太敢躺

不知道怎麼評到4.7分的，枕頭翻開就有血，浴巾一股味道，像是油膩味，不知道是不是和飯店桌布一起洗的，布娃娃臟兮兮的還放床頭，早餐也是一言難盡，餅乾還不如不放那，誰把餅乾當成早餐。

去方特玩定的，下了高鐵酒店就又讓人來接站，酒店裡麪挺好的空調冷氣很足，面積也還算大，熱水也很足。像什麼洗髮水之類的都是給的那種小樣，比較好。房間裏也有提供礦泉水，住了兩晚，第二天出去玩了也安排人來打掃了衞生補了物資礦泉水什麼的，房間也比較乾淨沒有很臟的地方。也有配洗衣房，前台還給我們升了房。有給雙人雙早，就是早餐種類比較少，比較一般吧，那個炒麪就還行。總體還是很滿意的。

我們第一天入住，第二天凌晨的時候去前台辦理了續住，但是玩了一天回來，房間衞生完全沒打掃，礦泉水、衞生紙全都沒補，垃圾也沒收。重來沒遇到酒店續住是不做衞生的，奇葩。而且樓道上小朋友跑去跑來，很大聲的説話，非常吵。窗簾也不遮光。

客房空間比較大，一家三口住完全不擠。床品舒適，睡覺很香，有個書桌，可以辦公或者寫作業。衞生間區域乾濕分區，三種功能完全分開，使用方便且私隱感很棒。服務也不錯，前台有歡迎茶水、水果、小點心等。離方特比較近，總體推薦。

房間中規中矩，挺寬敞的，訂的親子房，床上的玩偶很臟，清潔阿姨態度還是很好的，離方特很近，可以提前預約安排車子送到方特，早餐一言難盡，煮雞蛋不新鮮，小蛋糕和麪包都放硬了，根本沒法吃，衹能吃一些現炒的蔬菜。

設施：我們定的這個是智慧酒店，房間內是有智慧語音助手的，整體是比較方便，但那個助手可能有點兒不智能，衹能識別一些常用語😓。但房間整體很乾凈，我們訂了雙人間，空間很大。
