交通方便，房間乾淨，佈置得也很清新。適合親子出遊，一家人定個家庭房就夠了，兩張大床，兩個卧室，好實惠！老闆人也很好！

吵，沒有隔音，七點鐘左右就有人扯起嗓子喊磨刀、收廢品什麼的，就從你窗户門口過，還有人在院子裏打籃球，反正我是沒休息好。不方便，離方特也不算近，民宿周圍沒有商超和飯館，衹有一家賣魚的，往前走一兩公里還有賣龍蝦燒烤的，但是不打算吃宵夜的就等於沒吃的，晚上從方特耍了回來很累，衹能在老闆那裡買盒方便麪吃。

老闆還幫忙煮了牛肉，都不收錢，古到給，嗯是不收錢，太感謝！來江油跑馬拉松，江油人民很不錯，值得推薦。雙人床都是獨立房間，適合家人來耍。

棲山民宿是我入住眾多民宿中名列前茅的，家人4人因為馬拉松提前預訂了這裏，老闆提前做了確認，併為我們延遲退房時間；房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，服務細緻周到，下次再到江油一定還會選擇這裏，也祝老闆生意興隆！

感覺一般般，沒有評價那麼好，沒有很便捷網絡不暢，到處有風，後來關了窗户。還是住賓館舒服，這裏適合居家。
