The hotel is owned by a very friendly family. The building is newly built clean and well-managed. The location of the hotel is 5 minute's walk to the main old town area and is quiet at night. The breakfast prepared by the Ayi was delicious. I would definitely want to visit again if I visit the nearby area.

新建的房子，房間乾淨整潔，沒有味道，設施需要完善就更好了。位置很好，離主街很近。房子外面風景很田園。老闆夫婦人很好，正直善良。下次再去還會選擇。

自駕遊在廿八都，選擇了這家農家樂旅館住宿倆晚，房子外觀內飾都很滿意，房東夫妻倆服務周到細緻，房價含早，早餐也很不錯，廿八都潯裏村委會那裡有停車位可以免費停車，步行到住宿點也就100多米的樣子，很近，路面平坦，拖拉行李箱完全沒有問題，即使這樣，房東還是熱心地到村委會停車場來接我們~
房間寬敞，床墊是乳膠床墊，舒服，晚上很安靜~
走到廿八都古鎮主街也一點點路~

我們晚上才到，阿姨還去村委會來接，問了阿姨説早餐一般7點多吃，不想早起床的我打算去古鎮吃，結果早上九點起來叔叔熱情地説吃早飯吧，有粥有雞蛋有鹹菜還有豆腐乾什麼的，像在自己家一樣，晚上睡覺也很安靜，環境很好，吃完早飯對象跟叔叔還坐着聊起天來了，老闆家裡還有衹阿拉斯加，很乖，見人都不叫的，是衹齙牙，可愛🤭🤭

房間裝修很好，比較新（據瞭解是去年十月才新建），設施齊全較舒適。環境田園分光，開𥦬就看見，空氣清新。老闆夫婦倆態度親和，服務周到，農家樂的水平，希望保持和發揚，下次還會再住或介紹朋友去。

小河邊的民宿，環境清爽房間整潔，智能衞浴很舒服，老闆夫妻倆都很勤快友善住宿感受好。就是不知道特價大床房看不到風景，滿房了無法調換。大家一定優先訂豪華套房。

入住清溪苑二日體驗感很好，地理位置優越，落地大窗前是田園風光小溪流水，安靜入眠，並且步行10分鐘之內可到達古鎮核心區域。房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，衞生狀況良好。房東夫妻熱情，打電話可接人幫拿行李，提供特色早餐
