這酒店房間一般但算整潔，但酒店天台私人的溫泉極好，總共有11個溫泉，每一天早上會放走所有水，然後清洗再重新注入一些新的溫泉水，所以絕對清潔，這個非常欣賞，大家不用擔心因多人使用而污糟，而且住了兩晚眼見每次最多只有十多人，差不多每人可以佔用一個溫泉池，非常舒適，而且風景優美，除夕晚煙花綻放超級美麗，如再到古兜，一定會再選擇這家酒店， 酒店樓下餐廳食物味道上算可以。
但酒店包的早餐可能和全個古兜所有酒店的客人同一地方進食，所以大家可以選擇不用包早餐或不去吃了，因為真的選擇小而且難吃。

房間很新，衞生乾淨，房間有獨立的衞生間，
酒店樓頂有温泉可以泡，也可以去温泉谷的公共温泉泡
前台服務好，熱情
下次來江門遊玩還會過來這個酒店住

距離溫泉不遠，用走也能到達，可以叫電瓶車送，天台溫泉不錯，我們早上十點去都沒有人，池也乾淨，但房間床不好睡，有一間房感覺不是很乾淨，牆身有污積，但另一間房就不怕。

相對於城市的酒店，這裡感覺有點遜色
裝修有点簡陋，隔音也比較差
門外行過的聲音都比較大傳入房間
還好有提供電瓶車接送到溫泉谷（我有兩位行動不便的老人）
主打十樓的泳池很乾淨，服務員都很專業跟我們介紹附近景點
十樓的溫泉是最滿意，比溫泉谷的乾淨很多。

酒店新，乾淨整潔，店員有禮，有問必答。套票包溫泉谷同水上浴場門票，性價比高。頂樓有溫泉泳池，晚上剛好看到有人放煙花。

酒店房間清潔,適舒!天台有泳池與溫泉池, 地方不大,但環境也給人一種愉快的感覺! 服務員態度誠懇有禮。 酒店附近有商舖美食,有露天也有室內 ,服務至凌晨 。這裏環境舒暢 ,適合五知己 ,聚首一趟, 聊聊天,吃飯,宵夜!十分美好!

温泉類的環境還不錯，但是住宿就普通吧，特別是第一晚上的怎麼皇家温泉酒店天哪，至少有30年的歷史了，又老又舊好老土的感覺，第二天換了這個天際，整體風格年輕一點是可以的，他們的工作沒有那個房價那邊那麼長，所
