贈送早餐不如外面早餐店一個湯粉，看上去沒有胃口，太差了，辦理入住前台服務愛理不理，訂了價格最貴的房間衹提供6樓，要求升高一層都無法滿足，酒店有9層住房。

辦個入住居然要跑到別的酒店前台辦不是在自己酒店前台辦真的是活舊見了，房間空調沒暖氣，而且有蟲子，在景區裏買的燒烤比外面貴一點 我不説但是份量小而且吃的生蠔居然居然還能吃出泥 也是沒誰了😷

房間衞生非常差，温泉也差，連普通茶水。都沒有。浴巾也沒有。太差。問了前台説不提供。臟亂差。千萬不要來。

畔山高級雙床房
房間一般，衞生超級差，馬桶上還有尿漬，平時維護比較不到位，普通公寓，跟賓館差不多，不配用酒店名稱。温泉過年很多人，池比較多，更衣室是我去過很多很多個温泉中最差的一個，位置窄，毛巾只有更衣室有，這樣的環境自助早餐不期待，沒有去吃，不評論。

沒試過住這麼差的酒店的，前台服務態度一般都算了，還有前一個客人用剩下的洗浴用品，打電話去提醒前台了，都沒去處理！廁所堵了，也是三催四請的才來弄好，過年期間899一晚的房費，居然是這種服務！太失望了！
