Everything was fine, the n*** in the old town and the restaurants were super convenient to go anywhere. The toilet had an automatic sprayer which was also a plus. The owner was super enthusiastic, he helped us carry our heavy suitcases to the 2nd floor, the room had warm air conditioning so even though it was 1 degree Celsius outside we still felt warm. The hotel owner also booked a car for us to go to Lijiang, made tea, and chatted very openly. Everyone choosing to stay here is okay. 👌

Nothing to say about the hotel, room with all the comforts needed for its category, excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, very clean and new linen.
As for the staff, let's draw a veil over them... they are not professional, "not ready" to welcome guests, especially Westerners, at the reception after calling quite a bit (from behind a screen with the TV on) a boy who did not know what to do appeared, after a bit of waiting, he photographed our passports. We left our backpacks, since the room was not ready. When we returned - tired - a lot of confusion 3/4 people around... asked, again, for our passports, subjected to incomprehensible questions, no one spoke English, no one made an effort with a translator to make themselves understood (the boy was present!), endless wait, which ended thanks to the intervention of a Chinese lady, a guest, who spoke English and basically helped them check in!
