Linden Shaxi has beautiful grounds and great potential, but I truly hope the owners can improve the overall service and room standards. For the price, the stay should feel more refined and luxurious. The room amenities were very basic, and my minibar wasn’t even plugged in when I arrived. Most days, the entire hotel seemed to be operated by only one or two staff members, which made the service feel stretched and inconsistent.
One thing I did enjoy was the morning walk by the lake — around 7:30am, the whole lake turns misty and incredibly picturesque. If you’re staying here, take a peaceful walk around the lake to the coffee cart along the lake for your morning coffee. The scenery at that hour is truly beautiful.
With better staffing, upgraded amenities, and more attention to detail, this property has the potential to genuinely match the premium price it charges.

A stunning hotel about a 25 min ride from Shaxi, set in a beautiful setting with a lake in front and a traditional village nearby. The architecture is amazing, and the rooms are spacious. I highly recommend it.

喜林苑是本次雲南五日遊最佳民宿，沒有之一。
夯土和木質為主的建材，不僅融於自然和當地非常契合，還和時間一起積澱出質感。
酒店非常乾淨，舒適，寬敞。
房間、院景、窗外的景色，都是精心設定過的。精心，但不刻意。
不管是客房服務、管家、餐飲，還是提供給住客的設施設備、每一處都彰顯貼心和為客户考量細節。
整個居住感受都非常舒適、自然。
而且來雲南這麼多天，輾轉數個酒店或民宿，喜林苑的餐食是真的很好吃！好看也好吃，很滿足。
這次時間比較緊張，衹參加了石龍村簡單徒步。帶我們遊覽的工作人員龍發小哥樸質真誠，非常盡心，好評！

給家裡兩位長者訂的房，確實是看了許紅豆，找到的酒店，畢竟我爹可喜歡神仙姐姐了。房價是真的高，環境也是真的好。
小姐姐們服務態度都很好，得到兩位長者一致誇讚。剛好遇到我爹生日，還準備了長壽麪，唱了生日歌，長者家可開心了。特別是佳佳和冬梅小姐姐，非常感謝對兩位長者的照顧。
