My room walks out into the middle of a tranquil courtyard. The owner is very helpful with a list of places to go check out in Shaxi. Location is very central and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, quiet, and in a great location. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved it!

The owner was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a nice traditional building. It has a nice courtyard.
But I did not know my single room was so small and there was a very thin matrass, very uncomfortable and painful. Also the bathroom was outside, quite small. I did not know that. But the shower was good and hot. But I do not like the Chinese toilet, it was the first time I had this in a hotel now.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was great. The owner is very kind, she speaks really good English, asked about our plans there and gave us great advice on what to do. She managed to book a ride for Lijiang for the next day.
We were upgraded to bigger room, which was clean and had everything we need. The whole place was really beautiful. Highly recommanded.

Beautiful building. A smaller room with a shared toilet but it is sufficient for me. Have enough space to place my backpacks. A seating area outside and many seating areas around the building. Friendly hosts allowed me to check-in earlier. Shaxi is small so basically walking distance to anywhere.

My stay was amazing, the owner is so kind and she helped me a lot with tips and everything needed in general. She speaks english so it helped a lot. She also gave tea in the afternoon.

The hotel is inside the old town. The boss is very nice and friendly to help us with luggage. The room is cute and affordable. The only point is during the day we stay there even though the weather was very cold but no hot water🥲
