沙溪古鎮風景空氣都好，不過整個古鎮蒼蠅很多，到哪吃飯都ㄧ樣要趕蒼蠅，房間有窗户也不能打開，一開窗就有蒼蠅飛進來，古鎮所有民宿應該都是木造，比較起來這民宿應該算不錯了，ㄧ浴室還有風力強大的暖風機。除了房間坪數有點不正確，冷氣開了就無法拉上窗簾之外，其他都很好。
