Very pretty place to stay in the charming Shaxizhen, super relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great rooms, pretty courtyard, excellent service and delicious freshly cooked breakfast to our order. Highly recommended!

The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and recommended interesting places around us. He contacted us one day in advance and provided very thoughtful service. Fresh welcome fruit was provided when we checked in. Afternoon tea was provided in the courtyard at our comfortable time. Flowers were placed in the courtyard every day, and there were different flowers at the door of the room. Very beautiful. It was really thoughtful and sincere.
Environment: The landscape of the courtyard is really beautiful, and it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace. The only drawback is that this room type is a bit crowded. It is not as spacious as other room types except for the bed. There is no table in the room, so you can only use the bedside table.

If you come by car, please park your car in the parking lot of the ancient city. The housekeeper will bring a cart to pull your luggage. It will take three to five minutes to walk to the courtyard. In the morning, it takes about ten minutes to walk from the courtyard to Yujing Bridge. You will pass by the stage on the way. Although the breakfast is simple, there are both Chinese and Western options. The rice noodles are okay, and the kudzu root powder and peach gum sweet soup in the evening is also delicious.
