1、賓館位於建甌的新城區，距離去高鐵站K1線公交站步行18分鐘左右，距離古城區騎電瓶車15分鐘左右。
2、賓館附近便利店理髮店參觀較多，步行幾分鐘就可以到。附近有一條美食街，晚上很熱鬧。
3、賓館是自建房。房間裝修設施比較陳舊。單間窗户小，正對樓梯口。沒有電梯。房間和衞生間都不大。床軟硬合適。衞生打掃尚可。
4、前台小妹很熱情，動作麻利。

房間和圖片一致，裝修的很漂亮，入住的房間也很乾凈，衞生也很乾凈，交通便利，就是已經延到4點退房，3點多就會來打掃了

第一呢，熱水開了5分鐘，一滴熱水都沒有；第二，衞生地漏很堵，起碼3分鐘才下去；第三，空調真的是不制熱啊，開了2、3個小時冷風一直吹，還不如不開空調；第四，雖然我去的時候沒房間了，也給我升級豪華大床房，可是服務員還是會上來打擾，難道你們都沒有互相告知一下嗎？第五，訂的時間不是4小時嗎？整點3小時後就上來喊退房打掃衞生？真的是，下次不會再來了！

地段還不錯，房間太陳舊了，隔音差，晚上的汽車影響睡眠，衞生條件也需要改進，雖然價格比較便宜，設施有待提高。

酒店很好很乾凈，離萬達五店市也挺近的打車起步價，走路有點距離，很靜睡的很舒服，前台的態度也很好，有什麼就問他也可以給你解決。
