我真是大無語了，服務理念這麼差嘛，我是22號晚上入住的，本來房間挺大的挺滿意的，晚上9點34我給前台打的電話，有免費洗衣服務我也是蠻開心的，説是第二天一早就給送來，結果早上我7點多打開房門看見衣服也很開心，一打開，裏面送去6件衣服，回來五件，我就給前台打電話，我説少一件，幫我找下，這可好，前前後後找了一個多小時，就一件衣服，前台第一遍告訴我，他和晚班人員溝通了，意思就是發微信了，但是人家沒回他，然後讓我一直等，我出來就那一件衞衣我也不可能光着身子出門吧？我還着急走，這可真是搞笑了，我説那讓你們經理幫我找一下，他説好的，然後又沒信了，我又打了一個電話，我説你們經理在哪，我自己找他，他説經理馬上過來，又沒信了，我又打電話，問他們經理呢，他又説他們經理休息了，問我主管過來行不行，我説也可以，我在樓上等了10多分鐘也不來，我就去前台找了，我問前台主管呢，他説她們主管在後廚刷碗呢，真是離譜大了，見到主管，主管説，沒人和他説過這些事，才開始上樓又開始了新一輪的找衣服之旅，我就想知道你們服務人員上崗不培訓嘛？是不是起碼真的再給我找，不是這個推那個人的，有什麼意思？打的電話時間圖片可以看見，我一共打了6個電話，前台一個都沒給我回復我的衣服到底查找的進度，也沒有給我打過一次電話，酒店領導也視而不見？真是太搞笑了
