Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi

Excellent hotel. Staff and services are very good, sales manager Mr. Rajkumar is very helpful and cooperative, he was very helpful from our food to our stay. Front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile. I would recommend Lemon Tree for a comfortable stay you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to the hotel team.

Hospitality is good. Amol and Pradeep are very helpful. The property is clean. The services are very prompt. Swimming pool area is nice. However the location is okay and the the room sizes are small. Gym equipments can also be upgraded. Spa experience is also okay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.the housekeeping service mr mhaadev and lakhan was superb..room my was always tidy.and everything was in its place..he was attentive to details.making sure I had all I needed.very good hotel and good job

Dear Lemontree Hotel Jhansi Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we received during my recent stay at your hotel from 6th Dec 2024 till 10th Dec 2024 for a family event. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the professionalism and attention to detail shown by your staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I must say that having travelled across the nation, it is by far the very best stay I could have asked for. I must congratulate and compliment each and everyone of you for keeping the hospitality standards so high. Kudos to the entire staff. Hotels are a tricky business as one have to take care of the requirements of the guests without offending the other guests. This can only be made possible if you have a self-motivated team whose only aim is customer delight. Although the entire staff was extremely humble and courteous, there are few names which needed special mention (sorry for missing out on surnames as I only remember the first name). 1. Rishi – Calm and composed who greeted us very warmly on 6th Morning and guided and helped us to start the stay on a super positive vibe and note. 2. Amaan – For taking requests and calmly helping for making things work during the day. 3. Anubhav – For those innumerable changes and requests and very professionally manoeuvring those requests to our requirements. 4. Priyanka – For helping us out in smooth billing and helping with the requests. 5. Sakshi – Again for helping us with the stay. 6. Harmesh – A special shout out to the ever smiling guy to didn’t let us to pick up a single bag. 7. Subash, Somesh, Abhishek, Ankit, Suman and everyone from the restaurant – For treating us with delicacies at the restaurants and also with the in room dining experiences. 8. Mr. Raj Kumar – A very special mention to Raj kumar ji with whom we initiated the conversation at the first place and I must say one of the most humble, helpful and courteous person I have come across. For me since it was an unknown city, he made me comfortable with the local arrangements and made our stay home like away from home. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved, and rest assured that I will be recommending your hotel to friends and family. I look forward to returning in the future. Stay in lemon tree jhansi is excellent. Good good. Staff are also good and polite. Rooms are clean and quit. Food quality is exellent and test of food is very nice. Overall very comfortable stay
