Sleep Inn Columbia Gateway

I just stayed there for a few hours to get some much needed sleep, since we drove thru the night. The hotel was nice and clean. They allowed us to extend our check out with no additional cost. The breakfast was adequate. Great hotel for the low price.

At 9:00 am The Indian man at the front desk was very rude, he folded his arms and told me I couldn’t check in early unless I gave him 50 dollars for early check in fee. I told him I am a current guest here and I have been here for 7 days I just need to book one more night, I don’t check out until 11am I already booked for one more day yesterday for 117 dollars. I will be at work when it is time to check out and my children will be in the room until I get off but I don’t want them to be put out while I’m at work that’s why I booked for another day. I already reserved and paid the same kind of room too. He said he was going to cancel it and not allow me to rebook and to call the third party to cancel it too. I packed my kids up and left and when I checked the website where I booked it he never canceled it. This was the worst day and experience and I was late to work. I felt like he was being prejudice and rude. Mean for no reason. I’m a very professional mother and I carry myself in a manner that deserves respect.

The beds were very uncomfortable and small the hotel is out dated only stayed for one night
