This is not a "hotel". It is a cluster of rooms operated by the same owner. The location is really good. Service is non-existent. My room was large and comfortable. It is impossible to communicate with them via email or Whatsapp. They have no staff other than the maids who clean each morning. There is no lobby. It is basically an accomodation. It is severely understaffed and not very safe as anyone can walk in. The room has a microwave, a mini-fridge, water kettle and Nespresso machine. It is a very odd place and they only let you know the details a few hours before you arrive via a mysterious Whatsapp. Otherwise impossible to communicate with them. Whatsapp operator is rude.

I have tried to contact them using emails, Whatsapp and the "hotel" website and there is no answer. I am affraid they will not honor my reservation and take the money. Absolutely nobody answers and no staff. I just hope it is not a scam. I am very worried.

❤️ Best Mattress / Best Sheet set … so comfortable We had a King Bed for one night … it’s a block away from the Mamilla Mall … the room is minimally sized and the shower was great It’s the right price for a well located hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I had a horrible experience with them over a booking conflict and they would not refund money to me. The management was extremely callous and greedy with regards to my situation and I lost a lot of money due to their inability to resolve an issue with David’s Story Boutique Hotel.

Overall good!!
Overall very comfortable. The room was small and the faucet in the bathroom was sort of broken. Place was clean. Desk hours are limited. Location was amazing

Not worth it
Very ran down building. Not a pleasant welcome experience. Checked in after 5 and there was no one at the reception.
Room is nicely appointed but TV was not working at all.
Do not recommend it.

Great location, comfortable and clean!
I love staying at the David Story Hotel. It is perfectly located, very clean, and exceptonially friendly staff. It is a boutique hotel so I feel like I am 'at home' whenever I stay there. Any hotel near there is twice the price.

Location is great, right near Mamila mall. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Room was clean, and bed was great; nice amenities, too. The room overlooked a construction site, which detracted from our experience. Also, the room needed a paint job - there were places where the paint was chipped off. The lock needed to be lubricated. And the light switches were hard to decipher. Overall, a good experience, but not top-notch - but it was definitely a good value for the price!
