Aju Hillel 14

Our first time at a place like this and we were impressed. We're used to regular hotels, but the prices during the summer are at their peaks, so we took a chance on *********** and found Aju. The pictures in the ads are real, the room standard feels new, well maintained, water pressure amazing, air conditioner fine, kitchenette had the basics which was sufficient for our picnic style / take out meals. Located in an old office building and very small but that is the point to save money, we only needed a clean place to sleep, mostly we were walking around the area anyway. Apparently full capacity but we rarely heard noise from neighbours and the hallway. We were on the 3rd floor south side, the window was large and let in good indirect sunlight, half the view was an adjacent condo tower and half open space above another.

The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!

Not what I expected I was a little disappointed when arriving at Aju Hillel 14. The entry was very sketchy and I wasn’t sure if I’d arrived at the right place. The room was much smaller than I had anticipated - I ended up sleeping next to my suitcase as there was no room for it on the floor - and it didn’t appear to have been throughly cleaned. The location was good - walking distance to the Old City and the Machane Yehuda market is very close by as well as some nice restaurants and coffee places (Menza and Aroma). The street below was very noisy throughout the night. I’d probably spend a little more and book a proper hotel next time!

Gorgeous and right in the middle of Jerusalem. Lots of lovely places to walk to and the apartment was very clean and well kept up.

caught Covid-19 from staying here, the rooms were small, payed for 3 days cleaning and got 2 days cleaning, it was very small, value for budget would had been better to book at the jeru caps hotel. could had been better. REALLY SMALL.

Great area to be. Rooms are small and can be a bit noisy at night. Otherwise a great stay! Staff are helpful and communicate promptly.
