The swimming pool was dirty there was food all around, glass and straw inside even the towels was not so clean and when I ve tried to inform the guest relation manager she just didn’t care about my opinion!!
Terrible relation with clients so disappointed I came to enjoy few days at the pool…

I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside.
It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me.
This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail

Perfect location, great service, comfortable room and bed, delicious food and the best breakfasts! The kids had an amazing time at the pool. We have stayed here so many times that it feels like coming home when we stay here!

10 family members stayed at the Inbal Hotel in August 2025. The rooms, the service, the cleanliness and of course the food, the kindness, the location - everything was perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!

Just came back from a short vacation in Jerusalem. We’ve stayed at the Inbal Hotel and had a wonderful stay. I don’t what is the hotel rating but it certainly deserves 5 stars.
