The swimming pool was dirty there was food all around, glass and straw inside even the towels was not so clean and when I ve tried to inform the guest relation manager she just didn’t care about my opinion!!
Terrible relation with clients so disappointed I came to enjoy few days at the pool…

I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside.
It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me.
This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail

The breakfast buffet is just OK. The salmon was not high quality, the shakshuka was ice cold. I couldn’t eat it. The jachnun on Shabbat was inedible. The salad and bourekas were good. Housekeeping doesn’t always refill the coffee pods in the room and I had to call up ask for new pods when they were empty. Other five star hotels in the immediate area on Emek-offer true five star cuisine and service. On arrival there was a box of 2-3 dates. This is the first hotel I stayed out where there was no fruit or cake or snack left in the room on Friday for Shabbat.

The Inbal Hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby was warm and inviting with the most beautiful scent permeating through the air. My room was immaculate and tastefully decorated with an updated bathroom and a nespresso machine to make my morning coffee. The staff were all welcoming and Lior was especially helpful in arranging taxi rides and providing information about where to find flowers to buy near the hotel.

We just enjoyed a fabulous stay at the beautiful Inbal Hotel. If you’re looking for a home away from home in Jerusalem, come here. It’s a large hotel with a small boutique feel. The Inbal is run by a group of people who excel at their jobs. The efficiency, friendliness and attention to every detail shines. The building is impeccable and lovingly cared for. Fresh flowers bring the outside in and the general feeling is one of upscale comfort without the fussiness. It’s very well located in a central yet quiet area, next to Liberty Bell Park and the Historic Talbiyeh neighborhood. The breakfast buffet and Shabbat meals are outstanding. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. And the desserts are out of this world. Our room was well appointed, with a large balcony that overlooked the Old City walls. The bedding was first class and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked with upscale toiletries, large towels, robes and slippers. The newly remodeled executive lounge is warm and inviting, with a lovely assortment of drinks, coffees, appetizers and sweets throughout the day. But if had to choose an outstanding feature, it would be every single one of the caring people who make the Inbal the very best hotel in Jerusalem and very probably in all of Israel. To Nurit, Bracha, Osama, Marina, Yoni, Judy, and so many at the Inbal family, thank you for a perfect stay.

Inbar Jerusalem is right on the beach, which is stunning. Unfortunately, our room faced the street which was a little disappointing! Our window, a big, lovely one that was meant to open and close, had a broken handle so it didnt function. (except that we could indeed see through it! ;-) Tye location of the hotel is ideal. An easy walk to the Jaffa Gate entrance to the Old City, and also to 2 wonderful pedestrian shopping centers, Mamilla and the First Station. Lots of restaurants are right nearby (try Barbak Pizza!) as well as a big, gorgeous municipal park. The breakfast buffet was the biggest we'd seen in Israel, (and the Inbar was the 3rd hotel on our tour.) The food was delicious and there were a million choices, but I noticed that the million choices were the same ones every day. The room itself was well-appointed but small for the money, though the extra-comfy bathrobes and slippers and the very, very comfy bed went a long way to make up for it. We enjoyed the Inbal; you probably will too!
