The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.
Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

The hotel is excellent and located near Zion Square in Jerusalem, within walking distance of almost everywhere. The hotel itself is excellent, the food is very good, though on Saturday morning it is somewhat less , as fresh food cannot be prepared. Service is excellent. Parking is a significant issue, and you should take into account an additional not insignificant fee at a nearby parking. The hotel is very good but lacks attention to detail, both in planning and maintenance. Overall, a very good hotel. Recommended.

The hotel's location is terrific; right in the heart of downtown Jerusalem, near the light rail. The room was a nice size and clean, and the bathroom was large and the amenities were sufficient. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, and the gym had a good selection of equipment. The service was neither good nor bad, more like extremely indifferent. None of the staff could be bothered to look up as guests walked by on their way in or out to give a greeting like "good morning" or "good evening". Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of downtown Jerusalem. The room was very comfortable and a nice size. The bathroom was large and the amenities were sufficient. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. The spa had a decently equipped gym. The price was also good as they were having a special during the month of September. The service was neither good nor bad--more like totally disinterested. None of the staff could be bothered to lift their heads when guests walked by the front desk on their way in or out to say a "good morning" or "good evening". I would stay there again.

Good location, good swimming pool but lobby dirty. Too bad as the hotel is not cheap and comments made about dirty were not taken into consideration by staffs

A very low-level hotel, from the moment we arrived there was no air conditioning in the rooms, the temperature in the room was 30 degrees, the staff was not nice, a receptionist named Adi who introduced himself as a manager spoke rudely and did not provide a solution to the problem. I have never seen such a low level of service.

One of the worst experiences I had in a long time. Terrible hotel - no guest service at all. The hotel person didn’t want to register us in a holiday meal even though we were staying at the hotel. Purely antisemitic staff at this hotel. Don’t stay here
