The position was very good to us. The walk to Jaffa gate through the park takes 10 minutes. Walk to Ben yehuda 15 minutes. The breakfast on Shabbat is better. Great Knafeh. It’s a nice place to walk around which helps on the odd day it rains! Would return at the right place

A terrible hotel on a level I’ve never encountered, not even in the cheapest ones… Not only was there a clogged shower in the suite on the 11th floor, making it impossible to shower without causing flooding on the counter and risking our three children's safety from slipping, but I also had to spend an hour with a maintenance worker at 10 PM on a Friday night — with three kids trying to sleep in the same room. When the issue wasn’t resolved, I asked for a different room or a solution, and I was actually told by Ya’ara — and I quote — ‘That’s what you paid for this is what u get.’ Shame on you that this is the level of your suite, and shame that this is the level of your service — letting a customer with three toddlers spend an hour with a plumber during their vacation. Even after giving you a chance, you just didn’t care, and there was no service whatsoever. On top of everything, the balcony railing is dangerously low and not up to standard. You knew we were coming with small children and didn’t mention it. I will report this to the relevant authorities for a safety inspection.

PROS * Good fine decent hotel * Well managed administration * Very pleasant well-appointed rooms, with attention to fine small but important details * Very comfortable bed * Incredible outdoor infinity pool * Close walking distance to tourist stuff * Special “elegant” kosher supervision * One of the wait staff in the dining room- Ali- was super outgoing, caring helpful and proactive CONS Food was unspectacular “I VISITED THIS PLACE”… … as part of a long weekend in a different part of the country. This hotel was a very good choice It is not elaborate or glitzy or ostentatious, but it is pleasant and very very nice. The room was quite good- even incredible and the infinity pool was exactly that- I don’t like to swim not to go into pools, but I chose to do it twice!! The food, however, was average and uncreative and done and presented without imagination. WAS IT WORTH THE COST? Yes- I think so WOULD “I VISIT THIS PLACE” AGAIN? Yes ADVICE * A good hotel choice * Don’t get excited about how good the food will be

Extremely deceptive photos/hotel description. I’ll start with the good - clean, enough mildly updated, good breakfast, central location, nice pool but very small and not enough seating. Save for the breakfast waiters and one house keeping lady - the staff is extremely rude, cold and off putting. No one cares to help you. We stayed here for a week and our room was only cleaned twice. Had to call for towels every day. ZERO amenities in terms of food/drinks. There’s a bar that is never open. Coffee in the room doesn’t get refilled at all. There is NOTHING, not even water, available after breakfast and on Shabbat you literally have to beg for a cup of water that they probably filled up in the toilet. The staff is majority Arab, which is fine, except for the fact that some of them talk about the guests in Arabic and mock them and refuse to provide any sort of help. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

The stay was wonderful there. The breakfast was delicious and the property was very clean. Mary, who’s in housekeeping, did an excellent job and is very warm and hospitable. Ali in the dining room also does an excellent job.

My wife and I were guests for a weekend at Cassia, JM. First time in this hotel and we enjoyed every minute. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was delicious and the staff was courteous and helpful. We just found our new favorite hotel!

Really nice stay and experience. Would definitely go back. Great location quieter than most hotels but a nice family vibe. Wish they would open the front door for you and smile. Food was very good. Dining staff are very nice. Included breakfast perfect to get the day going.
