Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel

The location is ideal for tourism in Jerusalem. They have amazing breakfast and decent dinner. A medium pool on the roof can be fun for kids.

The reception worker, whose name is Rosa, was really adorable, her explanations were bright and she gave me an upgrade for the room. Thanks to the staff and specifically for Rosa.

If you are looking for a hotel in central Jerusalem, decent food, rooftop pool (only in summer- closes 6pm), clean rooms and comfortable beds and kind of old world feel- then dan panorama is fine. There are other nicer hotels closer walking distance to old city (mamila, David citadel, waldorf ) and closer to city center (orient, inbal (for first station/german colony ) or hotels cloer to ben Yehuda pedestrian mall or the mahaneh Yehuda shuk market). But If you are looking for outstanding staff: to help with your family, group, event then dan panorama is great. From the moment you enter (the gruff expression of the security guards must be one of the prerequisites to hiring them- but be persistent - eventually they will smile at you).. at reception desk : saloom, ahmed, and Julia are all eager and equipped to assist you in all matters. At the bar Noura knows how to make each guest feel welcome and her talent for pouring a generous drink is to be commended. the lobby has many small seating areas, great for relaxing at the end of a busy day. The dining room staff led by basaam and naim make every meal smooth: we were there for a week with a group and each meal I knew our seating, dining time and special food requests were always dealt with immediately and with great smiles and pomp. They take pride in their profession. Corinne from PR tried to make our stay good..Now for the improvement needed: (hope you are listening) stay away from room 316. Its next to the elevator and when you enter the bathroom, there is a vibration like the room is sitting on top/ next to a large engine room also the window is extremely small. And in general: don’t have signs telling the guests in times of need (sirens) to go down to the shelter on the lower level and then not have the shelter open. If staying on the floor of the guest room in the stair well is fine and safe, then take down the signs instructing guests to get below ground level please. I will be back due to the positive points and will make sure the signs are down, and no more room 316. Looking forward to seeing all the lovely staff again!

מהרגע שנכנסנו למלון דן פנורמה ירושלים הרגשנו בבית. הצוות – מהקבלה ועד חדר האוכל – היה חם, אדיב ומסביר פנים. החדר שלנו היה מרווח, נקי ומואר, עם נוף מקסים לירושלים. ארוחת הבוקר במלון עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה, בדיוק כמו חופשה בירושלים צריכה להיות. המיקום פשוט מושלם – במרחק הליכה מהאתרים המרכזיים בעיר, ותחנות האוטובוס צמודות למלון, מה שהפך את החופשה המשפחתית בירושלים לנוחה במיוחד. חווית אירוח מפנקת אמיתית – נחזור שוב בשמחה! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel, we felt right at home. The staff – from reception to the dining room – was warm, friendly, and attentive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and bright, with a beautiful city view of Jerusalem. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and delicious – exactly what a Jerusalem vacation should include. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, making our family vacation in Jerusalem easy and enjoyable. A truly luxury stay in Jerusalem – we will gladly return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
